Mathematical Aspects of Engineering Disciplines

In a previous special issue "Abridging over troubled water" by the editorial board which overlaps with the present one, we have made a sound bridge over mathematical disciplines and engineering ones. In the present special issue, we will go further and assemble more engineering-oriented papers which have serious mathematical aspects. The scope of this special issue includes mathematics, physics, computer science and others which are of some mathematical flavor.
